You will learn how to safely assess range of motion, apply effective pressure and use stretching techniques that keep your client safe and modest. We will address common injuries, detailed anatomy, and help refine your communication skills in order inspire confidence and trust from your clients.
You will walk away with a new set of tools for your tool belt and a routine that never gets boring – because it’s customized for each client.
Come prepared to both give and receive a 2 hour trade during class.
