Advanced Facial Fascial Massage (6 CE)

Therapists will learn a one-hour and a 30-minute hydrotherapy face toning massage treatment while sitting down.

The full day is devoted to learning, practicing, and receiving a sequential series of massage strokes that affect the facial muscles and neck. Warm moist towels are also used. This treatment has helped clients with Bells Palsy, nerve damage, and scarring. This method has changed the entire practice of many tired hands and stressed massage therapists.

Students will work on each other. Please come ready to give and receive massage. Handouts will be given in class. No tools are required to attend.

Meet Julie Freeman

As an educator and healthcare consultant focusing on massage therapy, she is passionate about addressing the nuanced day-to-day variations associated with diverse medical diagnoses including massage therapy, pathology, pharmacology, and various therapeutic approaches. Her mission is about educating therapists to help reduce pain in everybody. She is doing what she can to share her mission with everyone. She has shared a wealth of knowledge through seminars conducted in higher education institutions and healthcare settings. Her scope of expertise encompasses conditions such as pregnancy, cancer, medically frail, hospice, and palliative care, as well as the unique needs of older adults and how to work on any client in your facility, spa, or clinic.
