This class is dedicated to learning and mastering advanced stretching techniques. Using a combination of Table Thai, PNF & deep tissue, you will variations in stretches that target hard to stretch areas. Learning how to adjust for common injuries and limitations.
Client communication is addressed throughout the class to ensure safe use of techniques.
This class is geared towards an advanced and experienced therapist who is already comfortable with basic mobilizations.
