We have a 30-day return policy on all merchandise purchased within our store. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gospapro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as - education courses in person or online, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods that have been opened (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Spa Pro has a 90 Day Cancellation/Reschedule policy for Travelling Educators, and a 2 week cancellation/refund policy for locally hosted classes. Please read the following policies carefully and ask any questions if needed.
There is a 50% non-refundable booking fee per class. This is applied to any class and ensures our educators are compensated for reserving their time to help you excel in your career.
In the event a student needs to cancel attending their class, the following policies apply:
Classes Hosted by Spa Pro Traveling Educators:
- If the Educator is travelling to your location, a non-refundable travel fee is included in your tuition. This travel fee will be required to be collected again for your rescheduled class, if you cancel or reschedule less than 90 days prior to the class. This fee varies by location and educator. Please try and keep your commitment to traveling educators to avoid complications.
- If you cancel or reschedule a class with a Traveling Educator prior to 90 days, tuition and fees are fully refundable and transferrable.
Classes Hosted by Spa Pro Local Facilities:
- Cancellations made 2 weeks before class date are eligible for a transfer credit on any class within 6 months with the same educator.
- In the event a Student needs to short cancel (less than 2 weeks), they are eligible for a transfer credit on future classes with the same educator within 6 months, or a refund minus 50% booking fee.
In the event a Student who short cancels cannot find a class time to fit their schedule, their purchase is forfeited.
In the event an Educator needs to cancel or reschedule a class, 2 week notice is required.
If an Educator short cancels, students are offered a reschedule date or full refund, their choice.
